"Good location, but definitely an older property in need of updating The location was convenient — about a 12-minute drive to Blue Mountain and there were lots of restaurants and other amenities nearby. The receptionist was friendly and actually mentioned that this is one of their older hotels and that renovations will be taking place soon, which I appreciated. That being said, the room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet had visible staining/mold, and there was noticeable black mildew along the silicone around the inside rim of the bathroom sink. These things were quite noticeable and made the bathroom feel less clean than I would have liked. The elevator is also quite small, and the hallway area leading to it is narrow, so you have to be mindful of giving people enough room to exit before entering. Breakfast was okay — pretty much what I would expect from a typical Comfort Inn breakfast. Unfortunately, some of the other guests were quite noisy, which affected the overall experience. Overall, the hotel was convenient for the area and served its purpose for a short stay, but the cleanliness and older facilities could definitely use some attention. Hopefully the upcoming renovations will make a noticeable difference."

"The staff was plasanr. I made a mistake and select 1 double bed for the room so when I arrived. The lady asked if I need a room with 2 beds I said yes. she was going to upgrade us but there was an aggressive man in the background yelling in a language that I could not hear everything but I here let them pay so I ended up paying $130 for an extra bed. and 1 more person. That was my mistake from the beginning but that cost me. The lady is nice but the man is unpleasant."
