« Outstanding pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The backyard was very clean with beautiful palm trees lining the fence area. It is conveniently located near Bahia marina if you book a boat trip. Very enjoyable time. »

« This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience. »

« Very clean, host communicated, check in was very easy. Only issues we had, there was a lot of garbage that smelled the whole backyard up, and the location was very sketchy to a point there was a fight right outside the rental with several people involved. If you plan to stay in the house or backyard it was ok, but did not feel safe walking to the store in the evening. »

« Outside of the location is a little dated but inside was wonderfully updated and clean! Zero issues! The host had excellent communication! Will absolutely look at availability here for future cruise stays! »

« We have been to Florida a few times so far and stayed in the nicest hotels. This time we chose to try something new and decided to rent a house for our stay.. We stumbled across Palm Villa and boy did we feel at home ! Rick & Cindy made everything an easy process and very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. « Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. House was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, house fully stocked with supplies for a worry free vacation. Back patio sitting by the pool was perfect from sunrise to sunset. Close to the beaches. We enjoyed lauderdale by the sea and pompano beach. Neighborhood was safe and neighbors were very friendly. Check in process was easy given a code prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again when visiting Fort Lauderdale. »

« The house is so close to the beach! Its so cool to walk by the ocean front with kids and rent bicycles… Also, the house was clean, very bright inside, kids love the games room, tvs and Ac’s everywhere. Home appliances were top. Bedrooms are big enough and mattress are good as well. At least the pool was hot at anytime and cleaned every week. The only bad point i could say are the curtains in rooms because they are too light so rooms are sunny early. Beside that, we had a wonderful time (2 wks),...
