"Seating was comfortable staff was very cool at first but then kept my 50 dollar refund didn’t schedule my shuttle bus correctly at 6 pm said it was incorrect after telling me to request 24 hours ahead and I did when it was time to go could’ve left me stranded pool was beautiful views nice breakfast lady was extremely nice air conditioning works perfectly hot and cold air was good"

"Completely different than pictures portray old and outdated! I booked 2 expensive rooms for my family thankfully only 1 night, booked this because of the ocean view and beach pictures! Constant Loud traffic noise, the light from the security lights shined brightly under the huge gap from around the door, the bathroom was so small and horrible patch job from multiple leaks a child must have repaired and painted walls. Resort fee charged there is nothing offered it’s like an old motel on the highway! The restaurant was on the harbor but crazy expensive 357$ for bar food nachos hamburger and salad and few drinks, automatic up charged 20% for 4 adults and 1 child! Very very disappointing they should pay you to stay there! "

"I loved everything about this hotel. Location was a plus. Breakfast was great and staff was nice especially Wendy oMG sh is the sweetest. I liked how the hotel was super clean. It has a fitness center. My only issue was the elevator it needs to be updated. Everything else was a plus. "

"The hotel is clean the staff was good location was fantastic however be careful when you book if you’re looking for a View these are packages and you have to be very thorough on how you read the description of the room selected. This is a resort so they do not have bathrobes housekeeping shower caps so bring your own. For a family is very convenient because it’s a full apartment enjoy"

"This was the worst hotel experience. First check in is 4pm I believe. We arrived at 6. At that time was told our rooms weren’t ready. We were only staying one night, but wanted to enjoy a bit of daylight and walk around the beach. At 7, one room was ready. At almost 8 our second room was ready. That’s 4 hours past check in time!! They did waive a resort fee which was nice and staff was kind but there should be no reason for a 4 hour wait on rooms (2 in our case). Not too mention the check in process was the longest I’ve ever witnessed. Most hotels get you a room and a key, swipe your card within a couple minutes. I didn’t see any person during my wait in the lobby be at the check in counter for less than 10-20 minutes. The rooms were okay, bathrooms are odd and small. Beds are fairly comfortable. The building is old and showing its age in many ways."
