"The pool and hot tub were great, the check in process was too much, required watching videos and a lot of walking , the door code was wrong , second room didn’t have any closet space or organizers to put the clothes of the 3 kids, furniture and carpet were too old, the floors were sticky."

"We were disappointed with the cleanliness, you may need to follow up with your cleaner! Fries left in the oven, bits of pizza on the deck, towels left in the drier. What was great was the closeness to the Truswell park beach, deep water, great for swimming."

"Many parts of the suite were is disrepair (dishwasher wasn’t screwed into the cabinets, towel rack coming out of the wall in the bathroom, cupboard doors coming off of the hinges to name a few). Air conditioning was advertised but the host didn’t seem to want us to use the central AC and the roll around unit had no place set up to vent out the window so I had to undo the child lock and hang it out the window. Mattress on the bunk bed was so thin that my son could every wood slat underneath...

"Everything was incredible! The view is one of the best in Kelowna from every single room and the unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The building amenities make you feel like you are at a resort with endless things to do on the property. You are also a short walk away from incredible restaurants, nightlife and the beach. Lastly, the host, Tyler was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible time. 10/10 would recommend this place!"
