The house was very well stocked with necessities and extra items which lend to having a good time with friends. « When we arrived the property was not ready. However, the team responsible sent cleaners over and fixed the issue in a few hours. Otherwise we had a great stay in a comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood. Readily accessible by foot to all of the attractions on S 1st and for walkers out to Ladybird Lake, the Congress St Bridge and DT Austin. There's a nature trail on Bouldin Creek right across the street. With one bathroom maybe just family but our kind and patient friends didn't mind sharing. »

« Chereen was great with communication from the moment I booked. Had a little hiccup and she was able to help. The place is nice and clean. Nice little welcome goodies waited for us. Very quiet neighborhood and close to many things to do. The only thing was that it did not feel very private as there are several units around it, and the one next to ours had their blinds open the entire time we were there.
