However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again. »

The primary shower was wonderful and the bathroom very large as was the closet. It would be nice to have tissue or Kleenex included in at least the bathrooms. We did not use the other two bedrooms or bathroom. There is a guest bath on the lower level but didn't have a hand towel. The outdoor table was clean but boathouse deck furniture...

"Arrivée un peu compliquée: ma chambre supposée être au calme, ouvrait sur un couloir avec les vending machines, machine à laver et sèche linge face à ma fenêtre. Le personnel m’a très aimablement proposé une autre chambre. Le réfrigérateur avait été débranché, plein d’eau et sale. Mais tout s été immédiatement remis en ordre. Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Personnel extrêmement accueillant et efficace. J’ai apprécié la piscine, le buffet du petit déjeuner. Hôtel calme."
