"The hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and suoer helpful. Had to change our room after the 1st as there was a strange smell but the hotel staff were super helpful in the change whilst we enjoyed the pool. The food was amazing hats off to the chef and his staff and the wait staff. The cleaning lady was super sweet and left our room spotless everyday. The Spa and gym facilites were great and the treatments were reasonably priced. All in all a great saty only spoilt on the last night when some mad drunk women spent the best part of 30 mins screaming and shouting thru the corridor at 2am. Was too tired and relaxed from my massage earlier on in the day to complain. But would highly recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to relax and unwind. Would defo come back but for longer next time maybe 10 days."

"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "

"It was a great hotel close to Balos and Elafonissi beaches. The hotel was really clean, but there was some funky smell close to our room when we opened the door. The pool was nice and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The waves were a little harsh, but really great. "

"Absolute gem of a place, great location - quiet & peaceful but a short stroll downhill to the Main Street & several restaurants up the hill too. Beautiful beach a 10 min walk away. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. They organised us taxis to/from the airport & sorted a hire car for us too. Nothing was too much trouble, we were met from the taxi with cool drinks and a very warm welcome which made us feel so special. The apartment was poolside which was great, there were always loungers to relax on & several times we had the pool to ourselves. We had everything we needed in the apartment- plenty of crockery & a nice big fridge/freezer. Huge bonus was having 3 bedrooms as our teenagers no longer want to share & meant there was plenty of space for us all. Daily cleaners were lovely, always smiling & did a fantastic job. We really felt at home here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat not too far off the beaten track!
