The bathroom shower was dirty, the shower hose was dirty and changin colour, the curtain and walls were stained, The window sill and skirting board was dirty, not enough pillows in the room. You couldn't get a drink at the bar at 11pm. That said it was quiet in the rooms,

The property is disgusting, after booking a twin room for me and my cousin, we were given a double bed, which was very inconvenient, asked at reception for a twin room and was told all other rooms had been booked and there was no other options available, well why advertise a twin bedroom if they were all booked, the room in question was in a basement, lights not working in corridors on way to room including stair wells, providing to be extremely unsafe, the room was disgusting with dust, cobwebs and what i can only describe as nicotine orange walls, out dated furniture and damp patches located in the corners of the room, mould located around the window and cracks in the paintwork everywhere, a broken lampshade, no towels or extra pillows as specified in their 'welcome notice'. I personally would not allow my dog to stay here. Shocking and unhelpful customer service when approached about the issues. I dont believe the place has been decorated since it was opened!

I don’t often bother with reviews since travel apps don’t like honest criticism. For the record, I worry when hotels want a £50 deposit off guests - are they expecting me to trash the room or hold a corridor party? Roof of inner court yard of this hotel is full of rubbish. The grandeur seems very tarnished
