« I reserved this place for the solar eclipse weekend months before. There were no reviews yet as it was a new listing, but I took a risk. I reached out to owner after reservation never heard anything. About a month out, I double checked to make sure I had a reservation since I hadn’t heard anything, and I did. I also saw the other bad reviews at that time. I took a risk and kept as it would be difficult to find a place a month before the eclipse. As I drove to the address and was about 2 hours...

« We had a wonderful time in this home!! The futon sizes were a bit small to truly sleep the number indicated. The home was clean and welcoming. It was the perfect place to stay to explore around the Bradford area. »

« We had a great time on our first trip to Lake Chautauqua. This property came with several kayaks of varying size; kids could fish in the creek or off the dock; great size yard for Cornhole, spike ball, and more. My husband loved the dock for his fishing boat. Lots of extras provided: charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, games, life jackets, seasonings, foil, plastic baggies, extra toilet paper and paper towels. We didn’t spend much time inside other than to sleep, but the cottage is rustic...

« Stayed for a 4 day weekend get away at end of April. It was the off season so it was super quite and very peaceful. The town house was a great size with plenty of space, the stream running right next to the property was perfect to sit by and the hot tub was amazing. »

« This condo was a perfect spot for our long weekend of skiing. The easy walk to Sunrise lift is maybe three minutes, and there is never a line at that lift. The view of the slopes is great, and the unit is nicely updated. We enjoyed relaxing next to the electric fireplace every night. We would gladly stay here again! »

« My family has stayed in this home twice. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a group of 8. The kitchen has been upgraded but does lack some basic essentials. As the listing states the home is going through some renovations but there was little to no impact to us other than the hot water in one of the bathrooms was dripping and didn’t actually turn on. I emailed the property manager so hopefully it will be addressed before the next stay. »
