Dedicated Service as Super Hosts. If you are retirees, or perhaps only one couple inquire for our weekday savings. Enjoy our Quality home with full amenities.

It’s a A Beautiful lay out. Two Masters with Ensuites + 4 Bedrooms with one being A Main Floor Master Bedroom with Ensuite. If you only need 1-3 bedrooms, we can assist with your fees as well. Please inquire. The home has a great dining room; Smart TVs, WIFI, quality appliances. A Fun picture wall. Towels, sheets, etc. all supplied. Well maintained with high-quality beds, linens, comforters to enable your having a great stay and sleep. Smart TV's. Direct TV, Wifi. Great Space for Socializing and Large Dinners, relaxing, watching the game or movies.


Licensed by the Town of Ellicottville for short term rentals so you can rest assured with your reservation.

Only a 5 minute Walk to shops & restaurants; there are hiking trails within 5 mins walk which are a hidden gem. 5 minute drive to both Holiday Valley and Holimont. Skiing, snowshoe, golfing, biking close by. Great Pools nearby at Holiday Valley. Tree climbing at HV and see Spruce Lake for a nice walk or SUP. There is a nice park around the corner with playground, tennis courts, ball field and large picnic gazebo as well as a dog park. Lots to do or just relax.

You will have all the comforts of home to relax and enjoy for your getaway.

Brad & Kim were great hosts. The house was decorated so nicely and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals. This was the perfect place for our group weekend getaway.

We had a great time with our adult children and their spouses. Although it rained quite a bit so skiing wasn’t great, the house is walking distance to town, which we really loved. The house is cozy and comfortable and has lots of amenities like a game room and a hot tub. The bedrooms were all spacious and adequate for our needs. The two bedrooms in the basement don’t have a bathroom, but that was not a problem. The host really put a lot of thought and care into making the home comfortable and cozy and decorated for Christmas. It was very clean and we even found a note under the bed that said yes we do clean here. Lol. The only problem we really had was the radiator made a lot of noise during the night on the upstairs floor. We also really appreciated. We were able to bring our dog.

The main reason for the three stars was safety. One of the features is the hot tub. However, access to the hot tub was dangerous. The back doorway was taped off with a sign that said ice build up. So my family used the walkway around the front of tbe garage. When opening the tub the pavers on the patio fell off and my niece almost slipped and fell. I have included pictures. If your property has a feature as a selling point, it must be safe for your patrons to use. I suggest an update of the patio with a retain wall.

We are a group of adults that do a fall weekend every year some place new. We enjoyed this house! It is clean, ample sleeping and bathrooms for 10 adults. Large table so that we could eat together. Walking distance to town which we thoroughly enjoyed.

House is very nice. Lots of SPACE Beds are comfortable and the entire house is clean Host, Brad was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. We played a lot of games and a card table would be nice. Also written instructions and a broadcast guide forthe TV would be very helpful.

Great stay n Ellicottville

Easy check-in, beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. One day of our stay was rainy, but we enjoyed the garage converted into a game room with air hockey, pool, darts, board games, and electronic basketball shooting game.Home was .03 miles (walking distance) from the center of Ellicottville and all it’s shops and restaurants.Hosts were very responsive to any requests.

Great location and spacious; Just a little worn.

Very spacious home for a group of 7 adults. The amenities were nice with everything needed for morning breakfasts and a 4 day stay. It's obviously a ski rental, as it was kind of strange with all of the snowman and holiday décor in the summer. Some of the room decor was over-the-top (blue and pink room) but would work if there were kids. The game room in the garage provided a lot of extra room for our cycling gear and bikes, and would be nice if there were kids. TV had all of the cable and streaming apps needed. It was comfy but the furnishing showed some wear-and-tear from being a rental. Great water pressure and nice bathrooms. LOCATION was great... we never got in the car after checking in!! The host was very accommodating and communicated well.

Ski Trip

Nice clean house in a nice neighborhood to just go for a walk.. This was a short drive to ski slopes. Kitchen had a small garbage can, so we utilized a springform laundry basket we had and bought clips to attach a garbage bag to it.

Amazing

The place is better than the photos and I never say that. Probably one of my most favorite houses to stay in EVL. Easy to find, easy parking, well laid out, lots of blankets and towels, fun little notes from the owners all around to help with your stay, easy to walk down town. It was awesome. I loved it.
