« My family was visiting Ellicottville for the solar eclipse. The Zimmer Brothers' condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was spit polished clean and furniture was cozy. Although we did not cook (except coffee!) the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. It is a short walk to downtown Ellicottville for restaurants and shopping. The grocery store is even closer. When we visit again, we would definitely stay here. Thanks...

« The furnishings are solid and comfortable with lovely, cozy accessories including a basket of throw blankets for chilling evenings. The bedding is some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in on my travels. Convenient to town and the grocery store, so eating out and stocking the house with snacks and breakfast items is a breeze. « This was a great place with plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the shower experience! We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner! »

« I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. « A truly unique property. Lots of space and had everything you need for a large group to stay. We ranged from 19 years old to 70 years old. Every age range was conformable with what the home offered. It it the most off the wall decorated home i have ever stayed at and we just loved it. It is a short walk to town, and only about 2 minute drive to the ski slopes. I can say for sure we will be back in the future. »

« The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup. »
