« This place was perfect. Would recommend to everyone. There is a lift for luggage so you don’t have to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The only questionable comment I have is this. Why am I required to sweep and mop and vacuum before leaving? »

« Our family of 3 generations enjoyed our stay on the beach. Enjoyed having an open main living with plenty of room to hang out. Ocean views were great. The outdoor shower was not working properly, so we probably brought more sand into the house as a result. Good location. There was much excitement in the neighborhood when the house down the beach fell into the ocean! Our rental was very safely located a distance from the dunes, so no worries. »

« Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. »

« Very nice Old style Nags Head house. Check in went very smooth. Everything was clean and well stocked for us. Beds were very nice seemed new. On arrival the HVAC was not working in just a few text VACASA representative came and diagnosed the problem. It needs the outside unity replaced. With temperature going down to the 40’s that night we need some heat of some type. In a hour he delivered two space heaters that did the trick. The next day the service men came and install a new unit outside....

« This property was spacious and clean. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes. The hottub was a nice amenity. The furniture on the deck and in the living area was new and comfortable. It seems that the owner is working on some updates such as windows. The one disappointment was that we were left only 2 small trash bags no paper towels and only half rolls of toilet paper.
