The boat is located in a smaller and quiet marina with all the amenities. Convenient location to shops and attractions. The boat was steps away from the clubhouse which offered great showers and a fitness room. The boat was very clean and as advertised. Communication with the host was top notch. We visited the Elizabethan gardens nearby and highly recommend that as well. Thank you for a great experience ##### Kory E. A rapidly approaching storm front caused the the houseboat to pitch, twist, and turn. Needless to say I felt very nauseated and had to end my trip earlier than expected.
