Pier passes included! Room to Spare is an original tiny house established in 1983 and used by the Dunne Family until 2022 when we purchased the property and built our own little purple house. Exceptionally clean and cozy. The studio and surrounding deck is so well thought out and designed, you can tell it was built with care. Tim and Stephanie were great hosts and were very accommodating with my change of initial reservation. I highly recommended this VRBO and plan to be back next year.
