24 hour check in. But be prepared it’s not a real person it’s all done on a kiosk. Beds were super comfortable! They had a pool but we came during the off season so it was closed. For hike boards and couple other cute little things outside.

The property was fresh and clean and I forgot to bring a couple things but no worries the thoughtfulness of the property owner those items were already in our room at no additional cost or having to contact anyone. Wow !! Great place to stay. Everyone so polite and friendly with Smiles on their faces. Husband and I will definitely be coming back.

I thought the location was great and very close to beach. Especially good if you are not with a car. Our room smelled like marijuana and someone walked into our room (another patron) stating that they were given this room.

The room was excellent. The staff was not very helpful. The hair dryer was not working. I went downstairs the lady at the front des told me I was not pressing the correct button. Never got up to check it out. This was my 2nd stay it was not working on the first stay. Two large trucks took up parking.the parking area is not very big..

This is an older property & altho it was tidy, when checking in, the cozy lobby looks normal until u realize there is no actual human there to chk u in. There is a kiosk where an agent who appears to be off site (India?) chks u in. It was weird, but efficient. I liked the cookies & popcorn, but the TV was hard to navigate. We simply wanted to watch our fav NFL & baseball play offs

We booked 2 bed and a sofa and was comfortable for 5. the room was spacious. close to many restaurants. Tele check in was easy. Popcorn flavors were awesome. One of the biggest negative, they don't have proper Breakfast. they gave granola bar, apple sauce, cereal. If this were the options I wouldn't have definitely selected this hotel for stay. One of the major thing we look for during vacation is a nice family breakfast. It was totally ruined. They better don't advertise themselves as giving breakfast.

Couldnt poop in privacy

Well first off the place was listed as beach access i thought it was on the beach. There was no microwave in the room which sucked to have to go out in the hallway to another room to warm up food. The bathroom door sucked because we had kids and they wouldnt stop opening it while we were pooping plus shower was all glass so a locking bathroom door would have been nice. Other then that it was nice and clean. Perfect for a family with no kids

The room was very nice & clean. The hotel is lovely. Low stars given for the check in/out process. Horrible. No real person, took forever. Remote clerk forgot to unmute. Remote clerk couldn’t problem solve or answer questions and had to continuously leave to get answers. Took more than 30 minutes. Frustrating. But nice hotel with great towels/linens.

Beware that when booking through Expedia the room you are given upon arrival is likely to not be what you booked. The property is undergoing renovations and while the beds were quite comfortable, the general feel of the property is a bit chaotic. Doors slamming at odd hours of the night and the lobby is crowded with the various “amenities” they offer. For instance, the massage chair (in lobby beside check-in kiosk) and the sauna (in hallway on first floor) are both child sized. The aforementioned kiosk was the most bizarre and frustrating part of our experience. Despite there being a staff member at the desk, the kiosk is your means of check-in, communicating with someone via video who is not on site or well informed of the availability or type of reservation made. Perhaps with a bit more time, this property will become something enjoyable, but it’s not quite there yet.
