Sitting on a half-acre in a quiet cul-de-sac, this majestic home is ideal for multiple or multigenerational families who seek space to spread out, come together and enjoy their own private retreats. SUNSATIONAL fulfills all three. You’ll notice thoughtful conveniences from the moment you arrive, including a spacious driveway, an elevator to make moving in a breeze, and a private walkway to transport you to the beach with ease. Heed the call of the ocean waves or perhaps the gentler waters of the large swimming pool, or lounge in a chaise to work on your tan. Nearby is an outdoor shower, cabana bath, 6-person hot tub and a poolside bar to ensure refreshment is never far away. Take a break from the sun and heat up the competition in the ground level game room that features a pool table, granite bar, kitchenette with refrigerator with ice maker and a big screen TV.
