"The property was very clean and the house felt roomier than other places we've stayed. Hosts were amazing and answered the few questions we had. Beach access was easy, very close to the fishing pier and anything else we needed. We'll definitely book this rental again!"

"We loved our stay in Avon. Overall, the property was in great proximity to the main road, beach access, local shops and eateries. The property was clean from sand, which I found to be amazing. But had stray hair all over the couches, chairs, bedding, and bathroom rugs. Many of the pots and utensils have food remnants dried on them, which was a little off putting. But appliances were evidently cleaned. We enjoyed having bathrooms connected to each bedroom and the dual porch access. The property was mostly quiet. However the HVAC very loudly cuts on in the middle of the night and that upper bedroom sways, which I’m guessing has something to do with the house being on stilts. The neighbors and community was friendly and we sincerely hope to return to OBX and Ocracoke Island!"

"Ken, the host, maintains excellent communication from the time of reservation through the stay. The house is well appointed and conveniently located near a multitude of excellent restaurants, Food Lion, shops, and the beach. This area of OBX allows for plenty of space on the beach and offers sand bars several hundred feet out into the ocean for wading and boogie boarding. Great place for family of 4 or 5 and pup to stay! This was a return visit to Finlandia for us, and we highly recommend!"

Come and stay at Chez Toni and enjoy relaxing on the deck while listening to the surf!

"House was just what we needed for us and our two boys. Could’ve been a little cleaner when we arrived, as we had to vacuum. Also, we noticed a few windows that were cracked open the second day after it wasn’t cooling down.Nice easy access to the beach, though, always a plus! Really wish the walkway at the bottom of the steps going up would be finished, as you’re always tracking sand in."

"We have stayed in the outer banks every year for the last 20 years and I must say this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed and the host was amazing. And I have never stayed at a Vrbo that provided such essentials."
