"This is a great property for those looking for an OBX property that isn’t ginormous. Definitely an updated older beach home, with nice updated decor. Under-house entertaining and game room were nice features. Host is highly attentive. The property is next to a somewhat busy road on one side, but that also allowed for easy access to walking trails. Beach was a very short walk and didn’t involve crossing any roads. We had a great time. "

The newly updated deck was a great place to hang out, with sufficient privacy from the surrounding trees. It was an easy two minute walk to a great, wide beach. Perfect for long walks in the offseason. The owner, Ken, was in constant communication throughout and was always willing to help with anything. Such an amazing experience. We can’t wait to return. "
