"Host was excellent and quick responding prior to and during the stay. The house was nice, with a great in-ground pool and awesome views of the dunes and even the ocean from rooftop terrace. Plus a short walk over the dunes to the beach.First time at OBX and we really loved it."

"When we arrived the grass was overgrown. There were dishes in the sink. A ton of sand and other stuff sticking to your feet as soon as we arrived. No sheets, towels, pillow cases. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. When I tried to communicate with host he did not seem to care and stopped responding. ..."

"World’s most okay beach house. Very warn down, small, AC doesn’t work very well and house often got up to 75-76 during the day when set to 65. Very affordable so can’t complain too much. Had some problems with WiFi and TV upon check-in and host communicated well to find a solution."
