"The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk from Boystown and 6 minutes from some great breakfast spots. One mattress should be replaced, as it is quite worn. Everything else was fine. I'm not a big fan of noisy window AC units, especially since I’m a light sleeper; even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome. "The property was as advertised and conveniently located near Wrigley Field! The property was clean. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Parking could be an issue but after using the suggested SpotHero app, we were able to park less a block away. Thanks for hosting!"

"Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. "

"We showed up with our two grandchildren. The host does not have a working phone number in the account by the way. He said we didn’t actually have a reservation and would not give us access. We were left to find a hotel. Do not recommend 100%. "
