"Reality check, this is an older property and, though it is well maintained, it shows. However, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Parking was easy directly accessible. Location is beautiful and restaurants and the town are easily accessible by car and walking. We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful, rustic and impeccably maintained. Grotto is very relaxing. Hotel accommodation was was relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Meals in the restaurant were very good. Access to beach for a walk was very handy. Overall great service and atmosphere. "

"Good clean room for our one night stay along the way with our travels. Close to Deez restaurant (excellent food) and close to the beach (for a nice evening walk). "

"Rooms are very nicely renovated but the exterior of the property is very very old. the ocean side portions is washed and balconies is rotten wood."

"Stayed here a few times. Usually breakfast is fully stocked, this time they seemed quite behind on restocking the hot holds with bacon, sausage, egg, etc. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Missed owen at the front reception, he was always our favorite when we stayed here in the past. Hot tub amd pool/slide was nice to have."

"Place was spacious, run down, nice view across the street. Adequate for a one night stay. Office was closed when we arrived at 8 pm but the manager chased me down in the parking lot to collect pet fees. Overal just okay. "

"Everything for a fee. Cleaning sub par, debris in long shag carpet. Hotel ornaments/decorations and belongings wedged in sofa bed. Kitchen missing key items. Greeting was friendly. Check out was terrible. Charged excessively for accidental damages (broken glass). Manager wont respond. Front desk attendants combative and unable to assist. "
