« Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. « I arrived in 90+ degree weather. Upon arrival they demanded additional " rates fees and deposites" they also informed me they have a zero animal policy after I inquire about emotional support animals. I was asked to leave the premises after that. Bear in mind I did not have my service animals with me at the time. « Very convenient location in Belmont neighborhood and short walk/drive to Hawthorne neighborhood. Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet building with hardwood floors and character with built-ins. Easy to find free on-street parking. Would stay here again. Only issue was staff didn't respond to request fir extra towels. »

« Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

« There was a situation where I was followed by someone on a morning walk nearby the hotel and as soon as I entered the hotel and asked for them to help me, the 2 men at the front desk quickly helped by one going outside to find the man and one immediately calling the police. I felt safe and cared for and although Portland has some bad eggs roaming around I would stay here again because of how safe and cared for the staff made me feel.
