"Stayed 3 nights no service, told front staff, still nothing. Housekeeping came by as we were leaving, still didn't clean room. Very disappointed ."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like is the parking rate $45 dollars a night for your guest is outrageous. I understand it's near the airport and there trying to prevent long term parking but maybe they should validate the guest. I can see charging like $15 - $20 dollars a night. At $45 dollars a night it's cheaper for me to park at a long-term parking structure and rideshare to the hotel."
