"the parking situation was not as described online. i was frustrated and charged half of the 24 hours when i left for the first time after being in the hotel for an hour. if you sign up for parking at the desk like you'd think you should, it will charge you incorrectly. I had to argue with their 3rd party customer service for an hour before being assigned the right parking pass which was more than what was told to me by front desk"

"Parking was very difficult. Not enough spaces for a full hotel. The room smells horrible, there was a leak, the sink was clogged, mold in the ceilings, outlets not working. "
