"Walked into the check in area and the front desk was unoccupied. Waited around 10 mins and someone finally came out . Should’ve left out a sign out to let the guest know at least. A lady came out while I was sitting there waiting . Not even acknowledging that I’m there and walked into the door and return to the front desk . I wasn’t sure if she works here so I asked her . She stated that she works here and asked me what is it that I need . I believe the attitude and tone should be a bit better since it’s about customer service. I went to the car and grab my stuff and noticing she was on the phone already . I guess that’s more important. "
"One of the worst rooms I've stayed in- holes in the wall, door frame completely chewed up by dogs, furniture broken, lights not working, stained sheets, outside area is pretty filthy. Luckily it quieted down after dark and I haven't seen any bugs, so that's a positive."
