« Le stationnement valet n'était pas disponible, aucune place de stationnement disponible dans l'hotel, nous avons du nous stationner dans un stationnement publique à proximité où nous devons réactiver le paiement avant 7H AM... Pas du tout VIP ! Valet parking was not available, no parking space available in the hotel, we had to park in a nearby public parking lot where we must reactivate payment before 7:00 AM... Not VIP at all! »

« Great hotel! The room was spacious and clean. Very nice staff. Great location. The only negative is that we could hear the restaurant music from our room so it was a little annoying. Otherwise it was great!! »

« We were there opening weekend - property was super clean and staff was awesome. Wanted to watch March madness and forgot adapter - and the staff brought me a new adapter so we could watch the game. Very awesome. »

« Breakfasts were fine, but somewhat limited in options. Parking was extremely convenient, as we were able to park right outside the property every day we were there. Location was great. We were able to walk to great dining experiences and the park across the street was a great place to sit and chat. The top floor reading area was also a great place to relax. »

« mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

« The carousel parking worked out okay, but it is a little bit of a challenge to enter. The unit is small but super clean and a more than adequate kitchen. We could hear the shower running in the unit above us, which was only an issue in the middle of the night. Overall, very satisfied. »

« Très bel hôtel boutique avec une décoration charmante. Le s espaces publiques sont magnifiques et les chambres décorées avec goût réflétant l’esprit du sud-est américain. Bon petit déjeuner goûteux mais pas très élaboré. Personnel aimable et serviable. La localisation de l’hôtel est excellente. Deux de nos restaurants favoris de Charleston sont situés en face de l’hôtel: Magnolias et Amen Street Fish & Seafood. Pour ces différentes raisons, je recommande sans réserve cet hôtel de charme. »
