"I give many compliments to the front house staff. My room had hair all over the bathroom. Lack of housekeeping was the biggest downfall of my stay, and I don’t know if I’ll return or recommend a friend or family member to stay unless changes within housekeeping is made."

"There were no hooks or rods in the bathroom at all. No place to hang a wet towel or hang up a toiletry bag. There was no shelf in shower to place personal items like a razor or soap. "

"Excellent boutique hotel with an outstanding location, only blocks away from the markets and riverfront. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the updated bathroom was almost spa-worthy. While we were there they're doing construction to improve their valet parking area; not terribly disruptive and scheduled to be done by the end of March 2026."
