The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The added advantage was the reserved parking space. The surrounding area included many wonderful restaurants . We were conveniently located near everything we could possibly want. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Pamela M. It’s an older house so you’ll notice the windows and frames need work. But it’s part of the charm. If you like to walk, it’s very close to many things. We had a great stay here and would recommend. There were a couple of things I want to address though. Since this unit is on the ground floor, you have no privacy. The sidewalk runs along the side of the house. We had to keep the blinds down to prevent people from looking in. The people who rent the upper unit walk directly by the living room and kitchen windows to get to the stairs leading up. Again, we had to keep the blinds drawn. This makes the unit very dark. Unlike the pictures on the website. Be aware of that. We brought our dog and it cost an extra 200\. I feel this fee is outrageous. Lastly, when I’m vacation I don’t expect to launder the bedding and towels. Stay Duvet asks that you start the bedding before you leave. I’ve never been expected to do that before. Overall, I loved the area and the cuteness of the unit. It was very clean and stylish. Just be aware of the downsides. ##### Joanne W. This rental was in a great location near things to do, many in walking distance or a short drive. The house was comfortable and exactly as described.
