It’s an older house so you’ll notice the windows and frames need work. But it’s part of the charm. If you like to walk, it’s very close to many things. We had a great stay here and would recommend. There were a couple of things I want to address though. Since this unit is on the ground floor, you have no privacy. The sidewalk runs along the side of the house. We had to keep the blinds down to prevent people from looking in. The people who rent the upper unit walk directly by the living room and kitchen windows to get to the stairs leading up.
