This spacious one-bedroom suite features a king bedroom, a living area with a queen sofa bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely porch area for coffee-sipping. Experience the authentic ambiance with original flooring and non-working fireplaces, plus vintage glass windows. The Space: The layout is ideal for a couple, a small family, or a group of friends: 1 King master bedroom 1 Living area with queen sofabed \- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. \- Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05742 and Business License BL017927. I would suggest that rugs be put on the floor in the unit above the bedroom from unit A. We were awakened both nights by people in heavy shoes walking around (12:30-1:30 AM); something heavy was dropped several times as well. Also, please be aware that the South Carolina roaches are present in the kitchen. This is a nasty thing to deal with. A couple of minor issues with WiFi and our inability to work the blinds were solved quickly, but would have been helpful to have some written instructions somewhere. Overall a great place to base yourself when visiting Charleston. Would definitely stay again if we visit again as a couple. ##### Craig D.
