The Ryder Hotel

The Ryder Hotel

8/10 Good
"The hotel itself was lovely. Perfectly located & central to most of downtown Charleston. We found the pool area to be quite busy during the week & also the staff to always seem slightly rude and inconvenienced whenever being served at the pool. We stayed in one of the suites and although it was large and extremely spacious, the floors were scuffed and the cupboards in the kitchenette were off their hinges. The hotel could be better maintained."

Hampton Inn Charleston-Historic District

Hampton Inn Charleston-Historic District

8/10 Good
"A lot of breakfast options and friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but clean. AC could be better especially in the hallways because it was very stuffy but it was also hot and humid outside. Nothing was a dealbreaker and it did not diminish our pleasant stay."
