8/10 Good
"The room was nice and clean. Nice pool with bar. I was very happy about their enthusiasm toward our dog. Very pet friendly. They allowed him in the restaurant and also have a doggy menu. Very close to the city market and good restaurants as well as walking distance to the battery. However, a lot of fees and taxes."

"Hotel was great. Loved the breakfast in the mornings and complimentary drinks in the evenings. Hated that the parking (Valet) for the hotel was $50 a night on top of already paying to stay there. Hotel was fantastic other than that."

The Ansonborough

The Ansonborough

10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel! Our suite room was beautiful and a very cool design. It has high ceilings and exposed beams and brick exterior walls. Being close to the street, our room was actually very quiet. The nice big windows have shutters which is very handy to close off the outside if you prefer. It had everything in the unit we could need. If we didn't have if the staff would help accommodate. Parking is somewhat pricy at $35 a night plus tax, so basically $40 a night. But it was very convenient to park right next to the hotel, so it was worth it for us. And you get unlimited in and out privileges. We unfortunately had to leave a full day early. I wish the hotel staff would have been willing to credit the day that we checked out early, but they wouldn't even discuss it with us. Non-refundable is all we were told. Strangely, they even charged us for parking on the night we weren't even there, after receiving a final bill for the parking."
