"The staff were very helpful the breakfast was very enjoyable and plenty of food and drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful with their time and they were very friendly and polite to all the people and guests. The only downside was the charge for parking which was not mentioned in the booking process"

"Room we had was on the first floor and was a nice room. It was loud at time with banging of some sort likely from the entrance door to the hotel. It’s a nicely located hotel and has a nice breakfast. The breakfast is nothing over the top but is a great option to start the day and save a few bucks on your stay. Grocery store directly adjacent is very handy if you desire to grab a few things. Would certainly stay again. Beds were 3/5 for comfort."

"Our hotel stay was great! The staff was amazing, shout out to Tristan who was so helpful!!! The room was lovely and roomy, air conditioning was on point. The complementary breakfast and cocktail hour was such a nice touch to our stay. The location of the hotel was unreal, it’s really in the middle of everything, extremely walkable. Saturday there was a market outside and Sunday they blocked off king street nearby for a market. I’d absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Charleston again."

"Very quite and small hotel. Almost had a bed and breakfast type feel to it. The rooftop was amazing. Had things like wine and cheese hour etc."

"Had the best time at Charleston place! 11 out of 10 I couldn’t ask for anything more. The hotel is stunning and the pool upgrades are phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back when the spa is done! Thank you to the entire staff for making this a trip to remember"

"This is a very comfortable hotel right in the middle of Charleston with lots of good restaurants, museums and historical attractions within walking distance. The staff is helpful, omnipresent and courteous. Not cheap, however. Rooms are reasonably priced but amenities can be costly. We liked our room, but some issue with water pressure and water running through cold water faucet never really got cold. Overall we would recommend the Bennett/ provided you are not on a budget! Complimentary car service was a big plus."
