Good location. Easy to access historic downtown area.
Hotel is located within walking distance to everything. The happy hour and evening cookies and tea were a nice touch. The staff was helpful. We found it necessary to ask for assistance and items for the room (i.e. towels, toilet paper, tissue). But overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Location was excellent. Nice Starbucks and restaurant on location
Superb staff from the reservation desk, lobby bar and even valet. Rooms are smallish but well appointed with trendy furnishings and great bathrooms.
Was overall clean, quiet, beds slept, breakfast was good, and very close to the hospital.

Cons: Small tv. Bathrooms need updating. Loud ac units. Not much of a view. Ice courtyard areas. Stairs ...

The heated pool was not working properly. Additionally the hotel WiFi does not allow for streaming on personal game systems. Very disappointing
