« The room was fabulous! My only complaint would be the parking situation. My car was 1 inch too big to park at the hotel carousel, so we had to park at a nearby parking garage. That ended up being very expensive!! And I was afraid to walk back to the hotel from the parking garage by myself in the dark. »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« The front desk staff were really nice. I appreciated the warm welcome and smiles. The parking attendant was very helpful. The room was fairly clean. The conditioner was completely out in the shower. The ac didn’t seem to cool off to the temp we wanted. When I went down to the front around 9 pm after a long day at the hospital I was alarmed to hear that another customer had bed bugs in the room.
