« Le stationnement valet n'était pas disponible, aucune place de stationnement disponible dans l'hotel, nous avons du nous stationner dans un stationnement publique à proximité où nous devons réactiver le paiement avant 7H AM... Pas du tout VIP ! Valet parking was not available, no parking space available in the hotel, we had to park in a nearby public parking lot where we must reactivate payment before 7:00 AM... Not VIP at all! »

« Hôtel très bien situé mais nous avons eu plusieurs déconvenues. J'ai réservé une chambre triple mais à notre arrivée il n'y avait qu'un lit double et le canapé ne pouvait pas se déplier. J'ai demandé ou était le lit pour la 3ème personne et on m'a répondu que c'était en supplément. Étonnant pour une réservation pour 3. « This property exceeded my expectations! Everything was Top Notch from the staff, location, the bed, the room, spaciousness everything was top-notch. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was the cost associated with ballet. Much more expensive than I anticipated. Not the hotel's fault but something to consider moving forward. »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

« The keyless entry worked flawlessly. The property was secure and well lite. We entered the first floor condo to be greeted by a handwritten note and gift bag, which included a bottle of wine and chocolate. Nice touch! The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Loved the dual-showerhead action. I didn't care for the shampoo/conditioner product - left my hair feeling dry so I was glad I brought backup. The body wash was fine. I didn't use the washer/dryer, but they provided everything...
