"Found key card needed to make actual contact with the handle mechanism to open the door. The room was clean & AC easy to adjust. Hallway carpeting needs to be replaced. Enjoyed the continental breakfasts!"

"The hotel was nice in its day, but has been let go. It’s obvious that the management doesn’t care because the staff sure doesn’t. Most things didnt work in the room. The air conditioning didn’t condition, the iron didn’t work and even the toilet lid wouldn’t stay up. The couch was uncomfortable as were the pillows. At least it was noisy, so sleeping was also a challenge. The staff put up signs saying the main area was “closed for event”. We were there for three days and there was never an event. The one thing it has going for it is the location- Charleston is beautiful and you are front and center to enjoy it."
