"The hotel experience unfortunately, did not match the reviews I saw. The hotel hasn't been updated for a long time and it shows from the furniture to the quality of the features in the room. The room had a broken safe and then we learned that the hotel isn't providing that service any more (seems like a basic service). The AC kept defaulting to a low temp and we were very cold at night. The TV only had streaming services which required our own account details. The front desk staff seemed to know the hotel is not good and didn't bother making it feel any better. Lastly, the location is close to tourist attractions but it's not safe or pleasant to walk in the area so take that into account!"

"The window in my room faced the back underside of the waterslide so the view sucked and I got to hear all the screaming from the pool area. The only flaw to an otherwise excellent time."
