"The rooms are huge and clean and modern. The breakfast is excellent with quality food. Staff are super friendly. My only complaint would be with the gym. The floors are slippery and the mats that they have are not appropriate as they slip and slide on the already slippery floor. Gym is otherwise nice."

"The front desk staff are a delight - the ease with which you can contact them (simply text the number on your key card) was so good. Every hotel needs to do this. The updated rooms are super nice and the bathrooms are the same. Had dinner at the NOTL restaurant downstairs and have nothing bad to say about any of it (had the burger, steak frites and the tuna appetizer). Took the brownie to go and can confirm that that was also delicious. Just stay here - you’ll love it. "
