Had a nice pool but room did not have any hand towels or face cloths, kleenex or parking close to the room
Ask for a 100.00 dollars deposit and when you checkout give you a difficult time to return the deposit. No a good place to stay I recommend that you don't go there. A real bad experience with that place. I work out of town and stay in motels for 3 night a week can express the bad experience I have with that place will never go there again
Owner told us when we left that he had gone into the room to put shower curtain there but instead of putting it up he just left it, bathroom needs updates
My husband and I have been trying out different hotels/motels in Niagara Falls with our children for some time now. Once we hit A1 we have decided we no longer have to look any further. We enjoyed our stay at A1 fully! We have nothing to complain about at all. I would most definitely suggest others stay here!

Don't expect much!
I found the room to be very clean but somewhat outdated and in need of an upgrade. The TV didn't work at all and the bathroom was very small with no shelves to put personal items. The location, and grounds were nice and quiet - didn't try the outdoor pool, but others were having fun.
The room had structural damages at the door, very poor insulation, you could hear people talking outside with your Windows closed. The AC had a suffocating smell, the bathroom had no mats, the TV had just 1 channel. I will not stay there again.
I stayed for one night with my wife and three kids they like the place I have no compliance for this price at this time those three beds was so comfortable
It is the worst motel we've ever stayed in Canada. To pay more than $90 a night, we got a tiny room (just enough for a bed, a chair, a mini fridge, and a min TV stand). The Wi-Fi is very slow, it takes minutes to get an email message open. Shower water can all of sudden become so hot that it literally burns the skin. If you're not quick enough to jump away from the shower head, you can be badly hurt. The photo here is our room door from the inside.
Nice renovated room, firm beds ,certainly a repeat place for us

Good for a single night
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, but there were a few issues with the condition of the room.
The secondary lock was broken, the door was hard to close properly, the seal around the door was broken, there was a hole in the wall from doorknob, and the shower/tub were constantly dripping and the toilet wouldn't flush properly.
Clean and renovated rooms. The noise from cars travelling on Lundys Lane was loud and you could hear your neighbors. Beds where comfortable, basic motel, good for the price.
It is a really nice motel in Niagara Falls. Price was excellent. The room was really nice and comfortable. Nice beds, new, super clean and quiet. So friendly staff. It is located near to one of the outlets of Niagara but a bit far from the falls but easy access. I truly recommend this motel.

Awesome staff service.
Nice! Close to Niagara Falls, Staff were very accommodating. Shower should be scrubbed a little.
Ratings seemed to be mixed but there weren't a lot of options at the time, we figured at least it would be clean. We booked a family room with 3 beds for 6 people. When we showed up, they had given away our room but instead gave us two rooms side by side... saying now we had 4 beds (not required).. I said I booked the family room b/c there were 4 adults, 2 kids but it was already gone. They called me the day after we stayed one night to say that we could switch to the family room for the 2nd night.. but by the time we came back from our day out, they had again given it to someone else. The only nice thing I can say is that the staff were friendly and the pool was good, other than that, the rooms were not well cleaned, both bathrooms smelled of body odour, the a/c didn't work well in one room, the shower taps didn't work in another. Do not recommend.

Not bad
It was exactly what we were looking for, just a place to stay for the night in Niagara over the long weekend holiday.
Stay was manageable, WiFi was slow, no phone in the room, said it was newly renovated but clearly wasn't, a/c on blast with no control in room, bugs found by bed and in tub. Too mad to go on. Avoid if at all possible
