Welcome to 25 Rocklands, a chic and stylish one-bedroom apartment perfect for a coastal escape. Overlooking the stunning Tolcarne Beach, this apartment offers incredible views of the endless blue sea from a spacious private terrace.  
  
The apartment is located on the first floor of the east wing of the Rocklands building, offering a prime spot on the clifftop with panoramic vistas of Newquay Bay and the coastline. The open-plan design creates a bright, airy atmosphere, combining a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The sleek, modern interiors are complemented by underfloor heating throughout, adding a cosy touch during the cooler months. The lounge features a corner sofa with recliners, a 49" Smart television, and a pull-down king-size bed hidden in the wall, providing additional sleeping options.  
  
The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of storage, and a love nest sofa, with direct access to the private terrace. The bathroom is well-appointed with a bath, standalone shower, WC, washbasin, and a heated towel rail, and complimentary toiletries are provided. The expansive terrace provides the perfect setting to watch the sunset, offering both lounge and dining furniture, making it an ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking sea views.  
  
The apartment is perfect for couples or small families, with a designated car space in a secure underground car park and access via either lift or stairs. For added convenience, there is a designated storage locker and shower room in the basement, perfect for beach gear.  
  
Located on the edge of Newquay town, the apartment is just a short walk from Tolcarne Beach, where you can relax on the sand, take a swim, or rent a surfboard to ride the waves. With two cliffs flanking Tolcarne Beach, the waves here are slightly more sheltered, making it a great spot for both beginners and seasoned surfers. The town centre is also within walking distance, offering a variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants for dining and shopping. Beyond the beach, the apartment is a great base for exploring Cornwall's charming villages, dramatic coastlines, and historical sites.
