An adorable 2 BR suite with own kitchen & laundry

Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom basement suite with separate private entry in a central location and just a short drive to the many lakes and trails that mission offers for your fun activities. It’s near centennial park which has tennis courts, disc golf, play ground. My husband, myself and our four year old daughter lives upstairs and so you will hear occasional screaming on weekends :( However, I will make sure that you have a quite time at night time. PM me for flexible check in/out timing.

The property is a well converted basement in a pleasant house. The area is quiet and feel safe. The owners made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed having a good kitchen and laundry.

Nice basement suite in quiet neighborhood
This was as expected from the listing and other reviews, except that the second bedroom now has a queen (I think) bed instead of the 2 twins. The listing notes you'll hear a child upstairs, but there was minimal upstairs noise and the neighborhood is so quiet, that it was quieter than a typical hotel. We were able to check in/out with info provided through messaging. Contact info was provided if we needed anything while there, but we didn't need to use that. Overall great for what we needed, and we'd book again if we needed a place in the area.
