Large Executive Home in Mill Springs , 4 bd/3 ba

Mill Bay Maison is a lg 4 bedroom home tucked off the highway in a family friendly neighborhood. Perfect for a staycation outside of Vic this summer or those passing through as they explore Vancouver Island. This house is spacious with a fully fenced yard backing onto a green space. A chef's kitchen and large, spacious bedrooms. The home is not far from access to ocean front boat launches, whale watching tours, mountain biking trails, and a short drive up the Malahat to the Garden City of Victoria. Hop on the Mill Bay ferry (20 min boatride) for a picturesque trip over to Brentwood Bay which is 15-20 min to the serene town of Sydney, the airport, or the Swartz Bay ferry terminal.
- Please do not wear your shoes in the house.
- No smoking in the home.
- No Parties or events.
- All guests must be registered.
- No excessive noise.
- Dogs need prior approval (cleaned up after, no cats).
- Please don't eat and drink in the bedrooms.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

Room for all
This comfortable spacious property is not to be outdone. For a group of 7 plus our dog not once did we have to share the same place. From high ceilings to wide corridors and multiple entries we felt exactly like we were home. The easy drives to nearby communities beyond the village made for a wonderful trip. There was even a walking trail right next to the house.

Lovely vacation
Had a great time at this location, and the owner went beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Arrived to find the air conditioning was not working called the owner and he got someone out the next day to fix it. Very good service and a very nice property
