The Valley Ho staff is very friendly and the place is relaxed an festive... and the hotel is centrally located to all of Old Town Scottsdale. Zuzu Restarant in the hotel is a great hangout. One area that is not an option is the outdoor pool in not heated - so during the winter the pool is sometimes closed or you'll have to swim in cold water. The good news is the jacuzzis are heated.
