I can't believe that this property is a Hilton. I expected more from a Hilton. The room was supplied with paper cups (come on!), no coffee maker and when we checked in, there were only enough towels for one guest. We had a heck of a time getting the T.V. to turn on and we determined that the batteries in the remote must have been nearly dead. When we went down for breakfast, there were no plates, no coffee and no creamer. The staff started bringing plates out a few at a time. When we went to check out, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for a few minutes hoping someone would turn up but they didn't. I asked one of the dining room staff if they could find someone to help me. She said she would Several minutes went by and still no one came. I flagged down another person and they went to get someone. When the person checked me out, they were unable to print out my receipt. This experience really soured me on Hilton and I'll think twice before I book a room at a Hilton again.
