House is in mint condition. I’ll update photos after we clean. Clean, neat, like new. Great place to visit Atlantic Ocean beaches which are less than 15 minutes away. New York City is about an hour away by train or car. Hamptons about an hour by train or car. Long Island railroad about 5 minute walk.
