Top Lower Doon Hotel Reviews

Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Great place to stay"

Homewood Suites by Hilton Waterloo/St. Jacobs

10/10 Excellent

"Friendly staff, good selection at breakfast. Lobby, hallways and breakfast area very clean room was clean but a little worn and the carpet looked like it had dog hair and the couch had what looked like scratch marks on arms from a pet. Bathroom and kitchen area of room was clean."

Waterloo Suites Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

10/10 Excellent

"Great location, walkable, free parking, large clean room, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast that includes hot items. Staff is professional & very helpful. Stayed here last year for couple nights, will return if need to stay in the area again."

Delta Hotels by Marriott Waterloo

8/10 Good

"Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was in good condition, and we appreciated some of the thoughtful features around the hotel, especially the water cooler in the lobby and the small convenience store with a good variety of snacks and essentials. We didn’t use the pool or sauna ourselves, but they seemed quite popular with other guests, which was nice to see. The main area that could be improved was breakfast. It was decent, but the selection felt quite limited and basic, and we also noticed that some of the plates were not very clean. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement."
