The hotel is old and in a bad neighborhood. The doors are locked 24/7 for security, that should tell you everything.
I do not want to go into details, but I would never stay in a hotel like that. I checked in, checked out my room and left the hotel 5 minutes lates.

"The breakfast is a waste of time unless you don't care about food quality. It's probably the cheapest ingredients they can find. Staff are all nice, the location is great and the rooms in the new building are nice enough with everything you need to cook your on your own if you want."
