"Perfect accommodations for two people! Very nice pool along with view of ocean and access to the beach. Clean and comfortable condo with everything we needed. Short ride to Murrell’s Inlet for dinner and music. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in the property in May 2024. Condo was clean and updated in a quiet building within Litchfield by the Sea. What really stood out was the easy access to the beach. The condo is close to both the elevator and stairs and a beach access is just steps away, which made it convenient whether you were heading down with supplies for the day or just popping out for a quick sunset walk. I would definitely recommend this condo if you want easy access to the beach!"

"This was our first to Litchfield and we will be returning next year. Much quieter than Surf Side. The beach was clean with plenty of space to spread out. The condo was spacious with comfortable seating. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Local restaurants were very good but reservations are suggested."

"Very lovely little place. Perfect for our family of four. Stocked with all you need and more. A bit of a hike to the beach, but that gives you a chance to walk off all the great food you will eat in this area. Excellent screened porch. Steps away from a pool. Would be nice if they gave an option for use of the cart."

"Due to a death in the family I was unable to make the trip, however, my 2 daughters took advantage of the rental and loved the condo! Indoor parking convenient to elevator as was the condo. Place reported to be immaculate and have everything advertised PLUS. Look forward to being able to take advantage of this place myself."

"We've stayed a few times at Litchfield by The Sea "pre-Covid." However, the costs charged by Litchfield have now gone way beyond our budget. Booking through VRBO, however, definitely has saved me money and made it affordable! This particular unit was really nice, and being on the end of the building was a great location. We will definitely come again if it works out for our plans."

"This is an updated, beautifully decorated condo with a fantastic view of the ocean. It also includes extras - beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer, etc. It's well-organized and makes full use of the space. The hanging rod on the balcony is ingenious. We'll definitely check the availability of this condo for our next trip to Pawleys Island."
