Great location in downtown Victoria, an easy walk to great shopping and restaurants; reasonably priced. Clean and quiet. Free breakfast at the Bard is a nice touch.

On the morning of our checkout I lifted the bed shirt to retrieve a hair elastic that fell off the nightstand and I found a used candle and open condom wrapper. The items were NOT hidden under the bed but were right there when I lifted the bed skirt. I took a picture and notified the front desk when we checked out, the lady just said sorry and seemed not to care. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years and always seemed to be clean. We were disappointed by the cleanliness on this trip.

We have stayed here several times over the years. This time again was Excellent Staff and so very helpful! The Reception help was fabulous. We have referred several of our friends from Port Angeles, to you folks as is a great location, friendly, comfortable and great pricing. Look forward to many more years of staying with you.
