We were not familiar with the property, but the pictures looked nice, and the layout could accommodate us: the grandparents, daughter and son-in-law, teenage granddaughters, and son and girlfriend comfortably. Once we arrived and checked in for our stay, we were truly impressed and happy with our choice. The villa is a nice size and has a comfortable great room, with seating and dining for 8\. The 4 bedrooms are generously sized, and the 3 bathrooms accommodated everyone. The beds were nice and comfortable. The decor has a light neutral beach vibe. There was sufficient space for everyone to be together, yet still be able to be private. The kitchen was well appointed, with small appliances, pots, pans, and bakeware for a family of foodies. Sufficient tableware, cutlery, glassware, and barware are also provided. We only brought a few extras. We also like having a washer and dryer in a vacation villa and enjoyed the combination unit provided. The views were amazing from the living room, the corner balcony, and all of the bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed multiple dolphin sightings. The pool and hot tubs were heated very comfortably. The location is great for those of us who do not enjoy the noise near the boardwalk.
