We love Wynn/Encore and usually stay booking direct with the hotel. However for some reason Expedia was half the cost of a direct booking during the Memorial Day holiday. We enjoyed the stay as we have many times before however we did notice some decline in the property since our last visit. The shower drained slowly so we stood in about an inch of water while showering, the automatic drapes did not work and the door lock seemed to catch and was difficult to open at times. All minor things but noticeable. In terms of hotels, this is still a great stay and nice place to be.but beware of the XS party and loud music all night if you have a pool view. Also noticeable was the lack of drink service while gambling. My wife and I were at a machine for near 2 hours and only saw the server 1 time. This is not only the worst service we have had at Wynn/Encore, but likely at any casino we have visited in Vegas. We opted for other casinos much of the time due to these service issues.

Phenomenal! The Wynn is absolute luxury that allows you to escape life for a little while. The rooms are amazing, the buffet is extraordinary, and the service is unmatched. I highly recommend the Wynn/Encore.

Over all hotel living was really great! One big negative is the rooms snacks have a sensor under where if you remove one for 30 seconds you get charged automatically. Aside from that it’s was great!

Our 3-day stay at The Encore was nothing short of amazing! Snagged our beautiful, high-floor suite through Expedia, and check-in was a breeze! No long lines or wait times. Front staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel itself is IMMACULATE!!! The hallways are super clean, the casino doesn’t have a bad cigarette smell, everything smelled so fresh and clean. We had a doorbell…a doorbell!! I was so amazed, LOL! The huge floor to ceiling mirrors, his/her double sinks, glass weight scale, vanity mirror, deep soaking tub, private toilet, huge & comfy bed, all touchpad lights, THE ALEXIA speaker (loooved!), the automatic window curtains, the hand wand in the seated shower, the night lights, AND THE VIEW!!!!!!….OMG, I can’t stress enough how much my boyfriend and I loved this hotel! From beginning to end, everything was so amazing! And the convenience store on the Lobby floor was perfect. They had everything we needed from flatirons to alcoholic beverages! 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend to any & everyone!
